Summary/Abstract: Modern organizations have develop all the time so they implement new information technologies in management processes. Although, to implement innovations and adjust personnel to it, new virtual competencies are nowadays required. In the article selected IT tool was presented as a support for HR management, but also its functions were described. Adaptation problem was discussed in terms of different social aspects.
