Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the research is the elimination ways of the implementation of waste management system and recycling policy in Azerbaijan. The elimination of ecological pollution without damaging to the environment and people health, recycling the waste into the production and provision of these conseptions in these procedure stages have been revealed in state "Waste Management Activity Plan". In this regard, the main three conseptions, recycling, reuse and reproduction in implementation of the procedures have been summarized in the article. In the result of the research work, unimplemented but passed the experience in the developed countries, recycling, reuse and reproduction have been formated for Azerbaijan model and its' importance have been pointed out.
