Summary/Abstract: The governance quality is a determinant of the results achieved by the countries in field of management, and the concept of good governance is a model to follow and evaluate its performance. The article presents the results of research about diversity in the governance quality in the EU-28 members during the 2002–2012 period, based on an analysis of quartiles. In the research Worldwide Governance Indicators database created by the World Bank was used.
