Summary/Abstract: Information is a concept that ensures realizing of individual concerns and is a prelevel of awaranes. According to Francis Bacon and Michel Foucault, information is power. Globalisation is one of the most important concept in these days. Within the globalisation, namely be aware of everything in the world easier, faster and more intense, technology also developed. Internet is one of these developments. These developments ensured both positive side and negative side. Because, these developments in the technology caused to matters reaching information of bad people as good people as easier and faster. This situation also exposed to bad incidents such as terror. 9/11 terrorist attacks are one of these incidents. This study will examine the globalisation, globalisation of knowledge and concept of terror within the pattern of 9/11.
