PROBLEMS IN PROCESSING OF ARCHIVAL FUNDS OF NATIONAL COMMITTEE

Summary/Abstract: After revocation of public commitee documents were received in a very bad condition and uncomplete, and it took years of processing and arrangement. The cause for this are often administrative and teritorial divisions that led to changes in authority, new organizational system establishment and revocation of agencies and departments, but for sure the relations of individuals and the society. During the work a lot of defects were being found some subjects were not filed through journals, some are not put aside regularly, there were accompanying files without enclosures, there were some changes or completed subjects were neither filed in the books nor on the envelope. Practice has shown that those were usually important documents (records, analysis, plans, programs, decisions, instructions etc.). Books are also partially protected and very often without marks of records or series and even years. Because of all these defects in the records of public commitees material is arranged by the principle of provenience. It is arranged by series (agencies), years, classificatory marks and in chronological order (from the lowest to the highest number of journals). Thus arranged material with historical notes enables explorers a relatively rational use of a particular record.
