Summary/Abstract: Discourse and / or nothingness. Comparison between the outlines of the portrait traditional discourse of philosophy and Cioran's discourse testifies difference. Erudition and tradition make from philosophical discourse a metadiscourse, while Cioran's discourse is straightforward an existential one. Because the first and deeply subject of his discourse is nothingness, this speech teaches unlearned. Articulating suffering, discourse disperses and hijacks it. In Cioran's equation, the relationship between speech and nothing leads us through discourse or nothingness alternative to the only possible conclusion: discourse is being.
