Summary/Abstract: The outcomes of Polish foreign aid activity are supposed to correspond to the priorities set out in the official multiannual development cooperation programs. Since 2012 an evaluation program has been implemented, and over one hundred projects – mainly concerning Polish activities in the Eastern Partnership countries – have been reviewed. Most of the outcomes could be described as soft, but in some case studies there have been more substantial effects. The main aim of this paper is to analyze this review process, including Polish NGO attitudes to the evaluation program.
