Summary/Abstract: The subject of discussion in the article is the place and role of businesses in creating innovative policy of the state. The article contains the model for optimizing costs remain competitive company based on investment and marketing activities. It presents selected aspects of the creation of the state investment policy, taking into account the active role of companies and a support of R & D enterprises.
