Summary/Abstract: The civil legal law and the civil legal report are two closely related and interdependent concepts. It can be determined, with the help of the civil legal law, the structure of a civil legal report. Therefore, the civil legal laws are not just guidelines or pieces of information, they have a binding or mandatory character.
