Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study was to investigate and evaluate the development factors of demography of Polish cities in the period of 1989–2013. In article statistical analysis was showed relating structure of demography of Polish cities in the period of 1989–2013. The period under examination concerns of constitutional transformation in Poland. Appropriate conclusions finish work.
