Summary/Abstract: At the present, crisis and reform processes management, required by the underdeveloped and developing countries, heavily depends on the World Bank and International Monetary Fund. Important contributions have been obtained to the Azerbaijan economy after the independence thanks to the cooperation with international financial institutions. Under this frame, the international financial institutions have realized significant cooperation and credit programs with Azerbaijan at the recent decade in relation with their scope of arrangement of world monetary system and determining the policies towards the underdeveloped countries. This, in turn, has brought important positive effects on Azerbaijan’s national economy.
