Theoretical aspects of a legitimacy of law

Summary/Abstract: The article is focused on theoretical problems of a legitimacy of law and aims to express basic definitions of the problem. The author analyses the legitimacy via a concept of so-called legitimation formulas of law, which may be devided to ideological, procedural and legal. He also deals with certain related issues like legality, facticity, public power and authonomy. Finally, he comes to definition of legitimacy of law as ability of certain normative system to induce people to accept it without a need of using coercive measures.
