Towards the 4.0 environment protection

Summary/Abstract: The third decade of the twenty-first century will be called the era of 4.0. It will be/it is a consequence of the changes of civilization, above all, making the next industrial revolution. It affects all sectors of social and economic life, including the methods and ways to protect the environment However, it is necessary to fully materialize the circular economy, which becomes a very important response to the strategic weapon used in China in the form of limiting the supply of raw materials from rare earth elements (REE). Without these resources, in turn, it is not possible to develop military and information technologies. This raises the next phase of civilization, and in the circular economy and environmental protection of 4.0. This is happening here and now. This also means faster materialization of the overriding objective of sustainable development, so that future generations have the same or even better growth opportunities.
