Summary/Abstract: The paper was presented the process of purchasing logistics services for individual customers. Marketing tools that affect the behavior of buyers are associated with the formation of the marketing mix by logistics operators in the Polish market. Consumers focus on only some of the factors affecting the development of service offerings. Determination of the position of logistics services on the Polish market may change the operation of enterprises TSL.
