Summary/Abstract: The article deals with opportunities for taking advantage of network approach in the process of the internationalization of the company at times of environmental (international) turbulence. Network structures have been identified and characterized as a variation of organic structures gaining significance (in comparison with traditional mechanistic structures). The essence of network approach was described in the context of regularity resulting from the classical model of the internationalization of the company (Uppsala model) and the knowledge concerning the opportunities for engaging business in international network was perceived as an important determinant in its internationalization process. Diversified variations of the internationalization strategy of business than can be used within international network have been also characterized.
