Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the novel of the eminent representative of Turkish prose Yashar Kemal «If kills a snake», in which folklore motives are brightly reflected.This work of literature is the sample of the realistic novel, where strong influence on individual subconscious psychology of heroes is reflected.
