Summary/Abstract: In article thematic features of dramatic art of outstanding Azerbaijan romanticist Huseyn Javid are studied. The author stops on a problematics – destiny of the person and its reflexions in early plays of the playwright. On the wide material resulted from plays "Maral", "Mother", "Prophet" etc. the author investigates original features of a problem of human destiny.
