Didactical Concepts to the Church Fathers

Summary/Abstract: The Church Fathers believe that in the education exercise the teacher should use all the pedagogical means. Christians psycho-pedagogues dealt with purely didactical problems too; and this because they thought that the educator’s work is original, very complicated and difficult as a profession and claims analogous training. All the Church Fathers recommend example as a means of education in particular. About the means of education, they emphasize teaching, advice and moral commandments. But they give great importance to teaching and especially the divine word. Various fragments of texts show that almost all forms of consecrated teaching were known by the Orthodox psycho-pedagogues in the patristic period.
