Summary/Abstract: The article shows the dynamics of the system reform of the Eurozone in the years 2012‑2016. The first part of the article concentrates on the implementation of the system reform in the period since the adoption by the European Council Herman Van Rompuy’s report on 13th/14th December 2012 until the creation of organisational foundations for the Banking Union. The second part has been devoted to the work on the reform after publishing on 22 June 2015 what is know as Five President’s Report.
