Summary/Abstract: Since second half of XX century, creation of powerful industrial enterprises, increase in industrial power, development of scientific and technical progress created a condition for the decision of some social and economic problems, but on the other hand it characterized increase in environmental problems and environmental pollution acceleration. With expansion and deepening of industrial activities affected negative influence on a life and health of people increased. For this reason in a market economy condition, the problem of prevention of environmental pollution comes on the first rows of social responsibilities.
