Summary/Abstract: Lacking express legal provisions, we appreciate that before the moment of entry into force of the New civil Code provisions, extending the applications of art. 132 of Law no. 31/1990 provisions to these types of companies was not possible, situation in which the annulment action of decisions could have been subjected to the common legal regime,which means that the trial was public and the appeal was available.
