Summary/Abstract: Russian tradition treats ornamental prose as a kind of prose employing additionalsemantic and rhythmical codes. B. Schulz’s works correspond to this definition, althoughsignals of the secondary coding are not always correlated to their Russian equivalents(both rhythmical formulas and devices of narration).
