Summary/Abstract: The article attempts to determine an indicator that measures the attractiveness of the location of particular housing estates in Szczecin. The research was based on 1400 transaction prices of the apartments sold on the local secondary market. Although the attractiveness of the location is not a measurable feature, it is reflected in the value of real estate. Therefore, an assumption was made that if the transactions were carried out in similar economic conditions and the legal status of the apartments was similar, the prices were determined mainly by the quality and location of the property, which can be extracted and compared.
