Forms of cooperation of local government units - scientific conference, Katowice 8-9 March 2012

Summary/Abstract: All polish Scientific conference „Forms of cooperation of local government units” was held in Katowice 8–9 march, 2012. It was organized of the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the establishment of the local self-government in Poland. Theme of the meeting was focused on the issues of the legal forms of cooperation between local government and the public. During the two-day session were presented in detail entities and forms of cooperation in 4 thematic session such as: new forms of cooperation, cooperation and responsibility for carrying our tasks, settlement of disputes arising from the collaboration and evaluation of current regulation. During the session twenty papers were delivered presented that presented the representatives of the science and practice. The results of the meeting is the monograph published under the same title.
