Overview and Comparative Analysis of the Firm Strategy Implementation Significance in the World and Croatia

Summary/Abstract: This paper’s aim is to provide an overview and compare researches in the World with empirical research conducted in Republic of Croatia on strategy implementation’s significance for achieving company’s strategic goals. By analyzing literature and world researches on strategy implementation, and comparing it with the data obtained from Croatian firms, it can be concluded that strategy implementation is the key component of the strategic management process for achieving company’s strategic goals.
