Summary/Abstract: Based on the analysis of business companies Tondach Gleinstaetten AG - Austria, in nine countries in Central and Southeastern Europe, it is possible to establish the causal connection between the process of transition, dissolution, integration, on the one hand and the process of expansion, growth and development companies, on the other side. This paper focuses only on the relationship with the company and membership in integration. The aim was to verify the hypothesis that companies in member countries of integration has a better business results. Checking procedure is based on statistics, especially on a comparative analysis has been implemented in several iterations. The results show that companies are in countries that are members of the integration of business had better results than those in non-member countries. The special significance of this work results from the fact that used research used primary sources. Future research should focus on other aspects of the company - host country relationship.
