Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the methodological aspect of the implementation of a strategy, noting that the design of the implementation process, in a way that will convince and effectively turn the actions of the implementers and will show them the tools that will enable the implementation of planned actions in the strategy, has decisive influence on the process of implementation of the strategy in the company. It presents the results of research on methods of implementing the strategy. The study used a rank of 500 innovative PAN companies. The study involved 69 subjects. The studies have confirmed that Polish companies are interested in the problems of implementing strategy, seeing an important element of strategic management in it. However, they lack methodological solutions to the process of strategy implementation in an enterprise. This applies particularly to issues associated with the use of tools to support this process, lacking theoretical and practical guidance to use the tools of strategy implementation. When the company chooses methods, the level of preparedness of the organization has a large significance, as well as the cost of methods, consumption of time and the resources available to the company.
