Student's Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economic and Legal Sciences as a Key Factor in Potential Managers Recruitment

Summary/Abstract: The following essay is based on a pilot study conducted by the Institute of Administration, Governance and Law together with the Institute of Management and Marketing at the Faculty of Economic and Legal Sciences University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce. At early stage of the research, performed with survey application, a research tool (survey questionnaire) was prepared and ultimately implemented in the pilot study. After minor research tool amendments (example of survey questionnaire attached) a series of researches have been conducted among students taking part in lectures at the Faculty of Economic and Legal Sciences of the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce. The main goal of the essay is to provide findings from the above-mentioned researches aimed at examination of the entrepreneurship area among students from administration, logistics and management fields, with the main emphasis on students' potential evaluation in developing entrepreneurship in business incubators.
