Summary/Abstract: The article aims to highlight the situation of the German population in Transnistria, during the Romanian administration. A particular attention is paid to the relations between the Romanian state and Hauptamt Volksdeutsche Mittelstelle (VoMi) and to the ideological influence strategies used by the authorities from Berlin upon the ethnic Germans in Transnistria.
