Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is presentation of the solutions adopted in Poland, in the area of competition protection, also from historical perspective. As based on the analysis of literature and source documents this article presents the evolution of the public model of that protection. It describes, by using descriptive method, the current position of this specialized body, as well as briefly some of his powers.
