Summary/Abstract: Article descirbes the ties of PCN-NCP with the Libyan Jamahiriya, the proximity of the geopolitical thesis of Moammar Gaddafi and those of Luc Michel and PCNNCP, on Eurasiatic Greater-Europe, the necessary emergence of a multipolar world, the Mediterranean designed as a place of common civilization and the role of Bridge of Libya among European and African Unions.
