Summary/Abstract: Various categories of caricatures and posters are analysed based on creolised material in periodicals published in the South of Ukraine between 1941 and 1944. A brief description of art works within the framework of the occupation period is given here. There is a visible political background of propaganda visual products in newspapers and magazines in the governorate arena of Transnistria. An attempt has been made to compare German, Romanian and local publications, their genre peculiarities, stylistic features and differences.
