Summary/Abstract: Aftern the closure of the Komintern in 1943, at the end of 1947 seven communist parties (from the Balkans, Italy and France) founded a new "orgnaisation", which had frequently been named the "New Komintern" in the public opinion. Yet the author considers the dissolution of 1943 already as a Soviet attempt to deceive the allies during the war and to pretend a more compliant political attitude. The auhtor analyses the context of the "new organisation" as an evidence that, in fact, the Soviet Union hat never really refrained from its revolutionary plans on an international scale.
