Summary/Abstract: The regulation of the capital market is of special importance on national and also EU level. The unified regulation of the capital market is designed to ensure fair business practices and fairness and transparency in regulated market operations. My study aims the description of the entry conditions in the light of Romanian and EU capital market regulations.
