Summary/Abstract: Authors of “National Review (Polish: Przegląd Narodowy) presented political program of the National Democracy which preached the idea of two enemies of there born Poland: Germany and Russia. However, France was regarded as the most important partner for the Polish independent state. This point of view was concented with an idea of creating by Poland and France an alliance with Czechoslovakia, Romania Yugoslavia and the Baltic states and establishing a security system in Central-Eastern Europe.
