Summary/Abstract: System restructuring of the Kazakh economy has affected all spheres of public life, bringing the objective need for new approaches to solving the problems of economic growth. The concept of human capital in the current context takes a special place in the theory of economic growth. Therefore, the study and further development of this concept is of particular importance to a socially oriented market economy of the state.
