Summary/Abstract: The article is an attempt to show how creativity training, that is realize during classes, may favorthe development of a mature personality of the student. The mature personality here is consideredfrom the point of view of the aspect of transactional analysis theory, that is an attitude to life.Transactional analysis identifies four main life positons: 1) I’m not OK – You’re OK; 2) I’m notOK – You’re not OK; 3) I’m OK – You’re not OK; 4) I’m OK – You’re OK. The first three areunaware and depends on the number of positive and negative support we receive. The last one representsworking on ourselves. It requires reflection and making an aware decision. A student whogain such an attitude can realize all willful goals, resolve problems constructively, objectively assessthe situation and his potential. He can also get into close relations with other people and builda strong relationship with them that is based on genuine dialogue.
