Summary/Abstract: A child as a subject influenced by pedagogical activity will show his or her full potential whenadults, in a conscious way, will stimulate his versatile development. The factor conditioning theprocess of development of a child is, most of all, emotional involvement of the adults in long lastingperiod of education. The conscious supply of stimulants, invigoration and experiences providedto a child should include both educational and home environment. Therefore it is important tounderstand that a pedagogue, who was educated to work with a child, should expand the area ofhis/her influence on parents of a pupil. It seems that cooperation with the parents is extremelymeaningful. A pedagogue, occupying the position of a distant observer and diagnosing the deficitareas, should originate the activities engaging the parents in the process of education.
