Summary/Abstract: Working with the family which has a lot of problems is very important research area-so importantin a theory, as in a practice. This working is made by researchers in the interdisciplinary dimension. These researchers are for example pedagogues, sociologists, and psychologists. Social workers, teachers, doctors and therapists are in the direct contact in working with the family. This workingis a special scope to support service’s activity. It seems that the current effects of this workingare not commensurate with the energy which social workers expend. What is more, family’s expectationsand attitudes are very different from received forms of assistance. The innovative formulaof assistance could be ‘case management’, but only in the full combination of actions for theindividual in the organized system of services.
