Summary/Abstract: This article examines the corporate culture as one of the tools by which to effectively manage personnel. To do this, managers need to have information on its status in the company. Analysis of works of scientists has revealed that the basis of assessment laid typology of corporate culture. The approaches of different authors differ significantly, and basically take into account the peculiarities of management, national, cultural and other characteristics of the workers.Building a profile based on evaluation of the corporate culture of the different categories of staff enables you to see the difference in their views on the state of the corporate culture of the same company.
