PEDAGOGICAL POTENTIAL OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES

Summary/Abstract: Spiritual culture is formed together with the generations’ experience, inherited, carefully persisted, became wider and enriched by new achievements, transformed into tradition. Formation of spiritual and moral values, culture, norms of behavior is always extraordinary educational task of all social institutions. It’s necessary to analyze the existing approaches to education for a young generation in multicultural environment, where intercultural communication by means of different forms is very important. Forming of socio-cultural conditions for the formation of personality, for development of spiritual and moral potential is impossible without informatization and computerization processes in the life of society in general, and education in particular. The problems of the formation morality of youth by means of information and communicative technologies are rather questionable and need the father investigations.
