Summary/Abstract: FOR A LONG TIME IN EDUCATION CONCERNS FOCUSED ON CONTENT DEVELOPMENT ANDTRANSMISSION OF KNOWLEDGE, IGNORING ASPECTS OF RECEPTION, OF INTERACTING. IT WAS THUSIGNORED THE FACT THAT EDUCATION INVOLVES NOT ONLY THE POWER OF INFORMATION BUT ALSOA RECEIVING PROPER UNDERSTANDING AND USE OF THAT INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION ITSELFINTERVENES ONLY WHEN THERE IS TRANSFER OF INFORMATION, NAMELY THE INFORMATION(MESSAGE) CAUSES A CORRESPONDING ACTION FROM THE RECEIVER (STUDENT, STUDENT).PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE AND MORE RECENT RESEARCH SHOWS THAT MOST PROBLEMS OCCUR IN THEHANDSET AND ATTRACT ITS CONCERN IN A RELATIONSHIP OF GENUINE DIALOGUE, BASED ONOVERCOMING CERTAIN BARRIERS OF PHYSICAL, PHYSIOLOGICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, PSYCHOSOCIAL,LINGUISTIC,SEMIOTICANDCULTURAL.
