Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyze the role of control mechanisms in the effect of job and personality characteristics on intrapreneurship behavior. Quantitative research methods have been used in the study. The analyses of the questionnaires of 305 participants have been taken into consideration. The findings emphasize that the differences especially in work locus of control variable, as one of the personality characteristics, cause significant differences in intrapreneurship behavior. With respect to levels of control mechanism variables which are human resources management control mechanisms and personal control variables, differences in the effect on intrapreneurship behavior have also been detected.
