Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the idiosyncratic deal (i-deal) which is individually bargained employment arrangements intended to benefit both employee and organization between employee and employer. First of all, the concept of the idiosyncratic deals was introduced and the importance of i-deals was explained. Later on, previous studies about the concept to define ideals were discussed comprehensively. Finally conclusion and recommendations were given. There have not been sufficient number of study about idiosyncratic deals to observe yet but expectation is that it will be mentioned most often in a short span of time.
