Summary/Abstract: The economic and fi nancial crises have been effected new forms in the system of law and the legal thought during most of the last century. Corporate governance and corporate social responsibility are notably new trends in corporate law, and in other area of law (labour law, constitutional law) since the 1990-s. Professional attention has again been focused on corporate governance by a major corporate scandals and failures (such as Enron and Parmalat etc.). The viewpont of company law understood that the actions of corporations (members or/and directors) had pregnant consequences, they have played an important role in inducing legislative changes. First of all corporate governance can mean the effective solution, but corporate social responsibility strengthens the impact in our view. On the whole the connection between both instruments can escape the future crises.
