Summary/Abstract: In the presented here project by the professor from the university of Boston James Gillian, the psychoanalysis displaces the moral turning itself in a basic regulator of individual and social behavior. Our interest in this research is provoked by two consequences. On one hand, professor Gillian is a leading figure in the psychoanalytic part of the psychology of the moral – his conception takes an important place in the contemporary psychoanalytic outlook for the moral development. On the other hand, we are interested in the way the author presents and demonstrates one of the basic hypothesis in the psychoanalysis – the hypothesis about the regulative power of the method. In this sense the project builds the next „beautiful new world“ but not with the methods of the informational or bio technologies, but on the basis of seizure of the human psychic.
