Summary/Abstract: Regional disparities are a major problem in Turkey as the World. West of Turkey is more developed than the east.The main reasons are lack of investment and geomorphological structure. Although Eastern Black Sea is situated above the average of Turkey in terms of labor force statistics, it is seen that the employment rate dropped in recent years. Population growth rates in the region, located on the employment growth rate.This issue can create problems in the future.
