Summary/Abstract: The Balkan wars which had serious bad impacts in Turkish history also influenced Turkish literature and as a result of this lots of literary work written which refer Balkan wars. When we look at history of Turkish theater, we see that some plays which addressing Balkan wars were written during the war. One of the first reflection of Balkan Wars to Turkish theater is the play named Türk Kanı written by Mehmet Sırrı (Sanlı) in 1913 who is important intellectual of İzmir. In this article the literary and historical dimensions of this play will be analyzed.
