Summary/Abstract: Future expectation of a person can be affected from; the environments of his friendship, family, personality features and working environment that he is in a close relation. Future expectation which is also called as an emotional process is so hard to measure. Within this scope, identifying the importance levels of expectation may be an important step. In this study, to determine the effective factors on university students’ future expectations, the data set is obtained from 402 students getting their education at ANS Campus of Afyon Kocatepe University via convenience sampling. SPSS and LISREL softwares are used to analyze the data set. As a result, personality features of the students found positive and the most effective on their future expectations. Other results of the study are given in related figures and tables.
