Summary/Abstract: Work-life balance is an important aspect of working life. It has attracted attention worldwide with its relations to workers’ wellbeing, as well as their intention to leave. he main purpose of this research is to determine whether work-life balance and career satisfaction, which means psychological and work related positive results due to work experiences, has a significant effect on intention to leave. he research sample consists of public and private sector workers. In this study, the effect of perceptions related to work-life balance and career satisfaction on intention to leave was examined. It was found that there was a negative effect of work-life balance and career satisfaction on intention to leave as a result of multiple regression analysis.
